This course provides real world examples of effective strategies for running online meetings. The course walks through the pre-meeting phases of an online meeting, from planning the meeting, coordinating with guest speakers and choosing appropriate settings. The session includes an overview of popular tools to use while in the meeting, and how to make the most of the features available to hosts and participants.

In this course you will learn how to:

  • Run different styles of online meetings, including virtual events, team meetings and drop-in/advising
  • Consider pre-meeting settings such as registration, pre-made polls, and pre-assigning breakout rooms
  • Use participant interaction features.
