Overview
It’s normal to feel uncertain right now.  During COVID-19, it seems like the pace of change is constant. We don't know when this will be over, or what the new normal will look like. It feels like nothing is within our control. While we can never control what's happening around us, we can control what is happening within us and what we do from here.

In this session, you will explore how to effectively manage your mental health in today’s work environment, and how emotions like uncertainty can impact your thoughts and behaviours. You'll also gain insights and strategies to help you manage your mindset and more intentionally select your behaviours to increase your ability to be productive and capitalize on opportunities.  These skills will help you whether you're dealing with the impacts of COVID-19, adjusting to the new normal, or simply dealing with the uncertainties that we deal with every day.
