As organizations navigate the exciting opportunities associated with virtual work, managers face the challenge of swiftly navigating the new realities of managing relationships with their employees and within their teams remotely.

This session contemplates the new work-life balancing act and offers managers tools to identify and remove barriers to momentum and connection while recognizing likely intersections between the personal and the professional.

Jennifer Sipos, PhD(c) is a member of York's HR leadership team where she serves as the Director of Talent Acquisition and Development. A seasoned public speaker and former professor of leadership, communication and writing, Jennifer's specialty includes working with emerging and established leaders to help them address the most critical issue facing the workplace today: engaging meaningfully with clients, colleagues and stakeholders across multiple boundaries; virtual, geographic and generational.
