Jennifer Sipos, PhD(c) is a member of York's HR leadership team where she serves as the Director of Talent Acquisition and Development. A seasoned public speaker and former professor of leadership, communication and writing, Jennifer's specialty includes working with emerging and established leaders to help them address the most critical issue facing the workplace today: engaging meaningfully with clients, colleagues and stakeholders across multiple boundaries; virtual, geographic and generational. Together, they work towards the ultimate goal of creating personal and organizational connection and success amidst unprecedented change.
