This session provides you with an introduction to York International, its services and programs. The session also introduces the topic of culture and explores differences across cultures and International student experiences.

In this session, you will:

• Learn about York International Services and programs
• Identify unique needs of International students
• Develop strategies for effective communication with International students.

Who Should Attend: This course is for all levels of staff wishing to expand and enhance their skills and knowledge about serving and supporting international students at York.
